Payment of Registration fees
Payment of Registration fees may be made in EURO by:
Bank transfer to bank account "ICBIC 2007" No. 280 365 803 78, Bank/Routing code 20111, IBAN: AT 57 20 111 280 365 803 78, BIC: GIBAATWW, at the Erste Bank, Alser Strasse 23, 1080 Vienna, Austria.
  Payments should be made without charges to the beneficiary. Please inquire at your local bank for information on bank transfer at reduced fees using IBAN and BIC codes. Any bank charges will be collected on site.
  Clearly state the participant's name(s), matching with the name(s) on the registration form, as well as your abstract number (if applicable).
Cheque: Bank cheques without charge to the beneficiary, should be payable to "ICBIC 2007" c/o Vienna Medical Academy, Alserstrasse 4, 1090 Vienna, Austria.
Credit Cards: Diners Club, Mastercard and Visa (Amex cards cannot be accepted).
Please note
The reduced registration fee is only applicable, if it has been credited to the congress account before the deadline. Registering before March 9, 2007 without performing an actual payment is not sufficient to benefit from the reduction.
Confirmation of Registration
You will receive written confirmation of registration by mail when the registration form has been received and the payment has been credited to the congress account.
If your registration form is received between June 15 and June 30, 2007, you will be pre-registered for the conference, but no confirmation of payment will be sent. If you made a bank transfer, please bring proof of payment of your registration fee, when collecting the registration material.
After June 30, 2007, pre-registration will be closed, but you may register at the "On-site registration Desk" in Vienna, which will open on Sunday July 15, 2007, at 13.00 hrs.
Cancellations and Refunds
Authors of papers which were rejected during the reviewing process, and who wish to withdraw from the meeting, may be refunded the registration fee at no charge.
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by registered letter or fax to the Congress Office.
Registration fees may be refunded as follows:
Written cancellation received:
- before April 30, 2007      75% refund
- between April 30 and June 30, 2007      25% refund
- after June 30, 2007      no refund
The date of the postmark or fax ID will be the basis for considering refunds. Please indicate the preferred method of reimbursement (cheque or bank transfer, incl. account number) on your written cancellation. Refunds will be made after the congress.
