The conference focuses on all aspects of the frontiers of Biological Inorganic Chemistry and follows meetings in Ann Arbor, USA (2005), Cairns, Australia (2003), Florence, Italy (2001) ...
So far as about 158 scientists have accepted to give lectures at the conference. Plenary lectures will be presented by Ivano Bertini, Shunichi Fukuzumi, Isabel Moura, Amy Rosenzweig and the nobel prize laureate Hartmut Michel.
146 session lecturers have been selected from the submitted abstracts. In total about 900 scientists have registered and about 100 accompanying persons. 55 countries are represented by their delegates.
SBIC Early Career Award was dedicated to Y. Lu who will give a plenary lecture on this occasion on Friday.
The conference will take place at the old university in the centre of Vienna.
